No Cloud
Every element of Eternity Mind is deployed locally on hardware within the family's control. The fine-tuned AI model, the recordings, the consultation logs — nothing leaves the property. No third-party servers. No cloud processing. No exceptions.
Redundancy
The installation ships as a mirrored hardware pair stored in separate physical locations, with an optional third copy held by the family's attorney or family office. Your legacy is protected against physical loss or hardware failure.
On-Site Training
Initial AI training is performed on-site by our engineers before handover. The fine-tuning pipeline never touches external infrastructure. Your family's most intimate conversations are processed and stored entirely within your walls.
Access Control
The family defines who can consult the AI, under what circumstances, and with what verification requirements. Access logs are maintained locally. Eternity Mind has no remote access to any installed system after handover.
Biometric Data
The hemodynamic synchrony profiles captured during Collect sessions are the most intimate data the system holds — the neurological signature of a private relationship. This data never leaves the family's hardware. It is processed locally, stored locally, and deleted only by explicit family instruction. The system is designed in compliance with HK PDPO biometric data requirements and US state biometric privacy laws. No biometric data is transmitted, aggregated, or shared with any third party under any circumstances.
